Experience"Queen City was my first triathlon. I was definitely scared and maybe terrified is a more accurate word. Then I started seeing friendly faces, both volunteers and other racers. They all had big smiles and reassuring words. I finished and was left with a feeling of exhilaration and I felt a huge sense of accomplishment!" -East Helena
CourseThe bike course is a flat and fast 12-mile loop through the valley north of East Helena, and the 3-mile run takes place on a dirt path looping north of the park.
