Brief Description
The Queen City Triathlon is a sprint distance triathlon geared towards beginner triathletes looking for a low-pressure introduction to the sport. The race features a 1000 yard pool swim, a flat 12 mile bike course, and a 3 mile run on a packed dirt path.

    Additional Information
    The Queen City Triathlon is held at JFK Park in East Helena. The race is run in heats of 10 in the 5 lane outdoor pool with 2 swimmers per lane and a distance of 1000 yards. The new bike course is a flat and fast 12 mile loop through the valley north of East Helena, and the 3 mile run takes place on a dirt path looping north of the park. Start times will be based on estimated swim times, with swimmers of similar times being grouped in the same heats. Heat assignments will be sent out the week before the race. The race is USAT Sanctioned. No refunds after May 13th.
